VDH Power was declared bankrupt on Thursday, April 23, 2026. Mr. F.Th.P. (Pierre) van Voorst of the law firm Hoens & Souren has been appointed as the bankruptcy trustee.

The receiver’s team is working on a swift solution, with the goal of ensuring the company’s continuity and preserving jobs. At this time, it is expected that clarity on this matter will be provided in the near future, possibly as early as around May 1.

Orders

Orders are currently being processed and shipped as much as possible. In doing so, the rights of suppliers are carefully respected. For all new orders, VAT will be reverse-charged.
